Edificio AA79 is a 'sister' building of AA81: together they represent a major redevelopment of old commercial structures located on Avenida de América, in a vibrant northeastern neighborhood of Madrid. The revamped building offers around 21,000 sqm (226,000 sq ft) of modern and efficient commercial space subdivided in six floors above ground sitting atop an underground parking garage for over 250 vehicles. The office tower can boast a series of environmental friendly features such as  solar photovoltaic technology, LED lighting and  extensive use of Active Wall^® façades which guarantee offices flooded with natural light thus limiting power consumption and at the same time improving thermos-acoustic performances. Edificio AA79 is LEED Platinum^® and achieved the Spanish Offices Association 'Modelo AEO (Asociación Española de Oficinas) para la Clasificación Técnica de Edificios de Oficinas^®' A+ rating.
