Permasteelisa Group, the global leader in the design, construction and installation of technically advanced façades, has appointed Anna Foden as its first ever Head of Sustainability.

Permasteelisa Group, a global leader in advanced façade design and installation, has reported solid financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024. The company achieved a turnover of €790 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of €27 million, alongside improved operating margins, positive cash flow, and an 18% rise in new orders.
CEO Liam Cummins highlighted the company's resilience amid economic uncertainty, noting its strong balance sheet and debt-free status. With significant growth in key markets like the UK, North America, and Asia, Cummins expressed optimism about the future, supported by a strategic focus on selective projects and global portfolio diversification.
Permasteelisa Group, the global leader in the design, construction and installation of technically advanced building envelopes, has been appointed by EllisDon to deliver the bespoke curtain wall of the East Tower of the new Forma development, located in the heart of Toronto, Frank Gehry’s hometown.
Developed by Great Gulf, Dream Unlimited, and Westdale Properties, and designed by world renowned Toronto-born architect Frank Gehry, Forma is a mixed-use development that will comprise residential accommodation, commercial offices and retail and public spaces.
The first phase of the development is constituted by the East Tower, a 73-storey residential tower that will reach the height of 263 m (862 ft) and offer a total 864 residential units.

Melissa is an accomplished finance executive, who started her career as a construction risk analyst before transitioning into finance.
She has a fantastic career history, holds a B.S. in Construction Management and an M.S. Management from the University of Florida. She also has an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, which she was awarded in 2018.

Thomas is an accomplished HR executive with over 30 years’ experience in various industries including telecommunications, machinery and manufacturing, utilities and door and window manufacturing.
As an HR leader, he has led the design and delivery of integrated strategies which have driven employee experience improvements, ensuring that organizational transformation needs are aligned to business growth plans.
Kim Palmen-Koop has been named Group Innovation Director at the Permasteelisa Group, effective today (15 April 2024).
An innovative leader with extensive cross functional experience in Innovation, Project Management and Operations, Kim joins the business after spending more than 30 years at Rockfon, part of the Rockwool Group. Kim joined Rockfon in 1993, taking on various roles including Product Development Manager, International Project Manager and finally Head of Research & Development – a role she held from 2019 until now.
