One Boston Wharf Road
This truly collaborative project saw Permasteelisa S.p.A. in Italy covering the design, procurement and production of materials, while the North America team took responsibility for the installation and realising the vision of world-renowned architects Henning Larsen.
The 18-storey tower is primarily dedicated for office use, but will also include space for a performing arts centre and a penthouse on the uppermost floor.

The first phase of the development is constituted by the East Tower, a 73-storey residential tower that reaches the height of 263 m (862 ft) and offers a total 864 residential units. The design is characterized by a series of stacked vertical volumes wrapped in a textural glass and metal skin.
Around 16,000 sqm (170,000 sq ft) of bespoke curtain wall façade has been designed, produced and installed with the geometry consisting of sloped unitised façades on three sides.
The complex aluminium-and-glass envelope is composed of multi-layered elements to create visible façade depth, whilst the tower fins have an inset aluminium panel and custom finish to match the podium terracotta.
