The Concept

Wilton Park is a highly sustainable urban development built in Dublin by IPUT Real Estate with the aim of creating new meeting spaces, new venues for cultural initiatives, state-of-the-art offices, a new public square, and a renovated park of approximately one acre.

Two, Three, and Four Wilton Park buildings are part of this development and are designed by the architecture firm Henry J. Lyons to achieve the highest standards of sustainability, efficiency, and digital connectivity.

In this design scheme, Permasteelisa is contributing with advanced curtain walls that provide high energy and sound insulation performances. Design quality and attention to detail are reflected in the elegance of the facades that make up the three buildings in the order, with stone inserts and the use of bronze finishes.
