Tour Keiko is a 14-story office tower located in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Featuring an extremely complex glass envelope, the 69-meters-high tower has 19 types of façade for 27 different elevations connected by opaque corner blocks. Furthermore, the bespoke curtain wall façades include around 3,000 glasses with a white-toned frit pattern of little circles on the outer glass surface. The fritting has six different variations.
The project aims to achieve several green certifications, including BREEAM, WELL, and some important French labels.
Design & engineering, manufacture, and installation of approx. 12,800 sqm (137,800 sq ft ) of unitized façade, 1,150 sqm (12,400 sq ft ) of stick system façade and 300 sqm (3,200 sq ft ) of aluminum cladding and soffits.
