Designed by world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica in conjunction with Heller Manus Architects, The Infinity is situated in a strategic location in San Francisco, at 300 Spear Street between the Financial District and the Bay Bridge and only one block from its sister project LUMINA , another project realized by Tishman Speyer in this area. The development, offering a total of 650 luxury residential units, includes four linked towers: two towers of 42 and 37 stories and two mid-rise plaza buildings around a central landscaped courtyard.
HEIGHT
128 m / 420 ft
42 stories tall
The main feature of the project - which was developed in two distinctive phases, Phase I for the 106,7 m (350 ft) tall tower and Phase II for the 128 m (420 ft) high structure - is the unique curving façades of the buildings: this particular geometry and the combined use of the state-of-the-art glass curtain wall technology incorporated into the sleek façade, provide the residents with ample views of the San Francisco Bay. At the same time these features guarantee plenty of light to the interiors and minimize noise.
The unitized curtain wall system has green glass with grey spandrel shadow boxes, operable vent windows and silver composite aluminum panel units. The high-rise condominiums feature terrace balconies with window wall, aluminum swing door and glass railings; chicklet (small) balconies with window wall, sliding glass door and glass railings; large curved balconies with window wall, two sliding glass doors and glass railings; a large 2-story roof drum screen.
Unitized curtain wall and window wall for an overall area of 38,900 sqm (418,700 sq ft). Phase I: 20,900 sqm (225,000 sq ft). Phase II: 18,000 sqm (193,700 sq ft).
