33 Tehama is a new 36,000 sqm (389,000 sq ft) luxury multifamily tower located in San Francisco’s South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood. It is surrounded on two sides by Oscar Park and is situated a block away from the Transbay Transit Center.
HEIGHT
116 m / 381 ft
35 stories tall
At 116 m (380 ft) high, the building includes around 400 urban-style residences with balconies on 35 floors, and a best-in-class amenity package, including a fitness center, clubroom, rooftop solarium, outdoor terrace, and ground-floor retail/art space.
The SpiritA thin vertical band of glass floats over a garden and rises to the sky. It then bends and descends towards the ground and then rises again to the sky. This ribbon verticalizes the building façade while projecting a powerful graphic image upon arrival to San Francisco and from the downtown skyline.
