Located on one of the most prominent locations in Chicago, this 54-story, class-A office tower features a total of around 111,500 rentable sqm (1.2 million sq ft), with 1,300 sqm (14,000 sq ft) of conference and fitness and 1,500 sqm (16,000 sq ft) of food and beverage. Utilizing a core-supported structure, the building footprint remains small and opens the ground plane allowing for a dramatic, while supporting efficient, column-free office floors above. Taking cues from the river, vertical mullions undulate along the building’s east and west façades to help activate the exterior face of the building.
The project features high performance floor-to-ceiling unitized curtain wall envelope affording significant natural daylight without excessive solar energy gain.
