The Concept

425 Park Avenue is the first full-block office development on Manhattan’s Park Avenue in nearly 50 years. With approximately 670,000 rentable sqm (7,211,800 sq ft), the project features finished ceiling heights of 2.9 m (9.5’), 4.4 m (14.5’) and 12.5 m (41’) featuring floor to ceiling glass, a club floor with collaborative space, gardens and spectacular views of the Park.

Scope of Work

47-story office building with unitized curtain wall vision panels, stainless steel column cladding and solid panels at the back of the house for an overall area of around 35,700 sqm (384,000 sq ft). Amenity floors with double height steel façade.
