The corporate complex stands 167.3 m (549 ft) high on a 7,000 sqm (75,300 sq ft) area. The building follows the canons of bioarchitecture, adopting high-tech solutions able to reduce energy consumption, and is fully clad in glass. The roof houses a bioclimatic greenhouse with restaurant, exhibition rooms and scenic café/terrace.

The stairwell running between the office floors on the south side of the tower houses a winter garden and there is an auditorium at the base of the tower. Permasteelisa Group designed and installed approximately 18,000 sqm (193,700 sq ft) of double glazing skin, 32,000 sqm (344,500 sq ft) of curtain wall and metal components. The skyscraper also uses 1,900 sqm (20,500 sq ft) of photovoltaic panels installed on the south wall of the facility. Furthermore, the air conditioning system takes advantage of the energy exchange with the ground water, and thus does not produce any harmful atmospheric emissions.
