The Concept

The building replaces an old Pathmark supermarket with new retail space on ground floor and more than 700 apartments above, split between the larger tower and a shorter 13-story affordable component, on an under-utilized lot and becomes one of the largest residential towers in Lower Manhattan. The base has a lot of amenities, including a basketball court, a theater, a bowling alley, a rock-climbing room, an indoor pool, etc. This 72-story residential tower features double and triple glazing glass and a 'Chevron' patterned façade for an overall area of approx. 48,400 sqm (521,000 sq ft).

The Project
Scope of Work

Double glazing glass, a 'silver chevron' patterned façade on the long sides, and a bronze with muntz metal façade on the short sides for an overall area of 48,220 sqm (519,000 sq ft).
