Thomas Jefferson has been appointed Vice President, Human Resources (HR), for North America, with effect from 7 May 2024.

Thomas is an accomplished HR executive with over 30 years’ experience in various industries including telecommunications, machinery and manufacturing, utilities and door and window manufacturing.
As an HR leader, he has led the design and delivery of integrated strategies which have driven employee experience improvements, ensuring that organizational transformation needs are aligned to business growth plans.
