Permasteelisa Group, a global leader in the design, construction, and installation of complex building envelopes, has announced the appointment of Thomas Jefferson as Vice President, Human Resources (HR), for North America, with effect from 7 May 2024.

 

Thomas is an accomplished HR executive with over 30 years’ experience in various industries including telecommunications, machinery and manufacturing, utilities and door and window manufacturing.

 

As an HR leader, he has led the design and delivery of integrated strategies which have driven employee experience improvements, ensuring that organizational transformation needs are aligned to business growth plans.

 

In his last role as Vice President, Human Resources with Anderson Corporation, he was directly involved in supporting the growth of the business through acquisition and market expansion, while focusing on employee development and engagement as well as productivity improvements.

 

Thomas holds a BS in Finance and Communication from the University of Denver, and a Master Certification in Human Resources from Villanova University.

 

Based in the Minneapolis office of Permasteelisa North America, he will report to Interim Executive General Manager, Mike Pedersen, and directly partner with the leadership team to identify and deploy organizational plans of action aligned to Permasteelisa Group’s strategic priorities of operational excellence and business growth.
