August 2020 - Permasteelisa North America, member of the Permasteelisa Group, is invited to participate in the Fifth Annual Architectural Ceramic Assemblies Workshop (ACAW) to be held Wednesday, August 12 through Thursday, August 13.
Presented by Boston Valley Terra Cotta and the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning, the workshop combines the models of academic research, artistic experimentation and industry expertise to explore the use of terracotta in high-performance façade buildings. The workshop is an opportunity to share experiences from design to production and assembly of different building elements and their challenges bringing together leading business players.
Mr. Roberto Bicchiarelli, Business Development Manager and Lead Concept Designer for Permasteelisa North America is invited to speak and join the panel discussion entitled ‘Unitization’ on August 12. Topics to be discussed include the use of terracotta in unitized curtain wall systems, the understanding of design for unitized curtain wall systems, experiences and constraints.
